10 x thrusts
2 x bench jumps
1 x big/deep slow incline push up
15 x oblique crunches each side
50 tri dips
1st time through = 3 x laps
2nd time through = 2 laps
3rd time through = 1 lap.
AT LEAST 1 X LAP WITH WEIGHT VEST!
