Athletic Lifting

Rom has completed her Level 1 in Athletic Lifting for Personal Trainers through the Performance Training Institute. Rom was lucky enough to learn how to thoroughly teach the deadlift, back squat, front squat, snatch balance, the power snatch, power clean, push press and push jerk through Phil Roberts. Phil Roberts has written strength workouts for athletes from 23 different sports and mentors personal trainers
