The perks that come with regular training at Live Active are motivational and functional full body workouts which include thorough stretching, warm up and cool down. Sessions include core, strength training, circuit, boxing for fitness, walking or running, high intensity cardiovascular, skipping, sports specific, and bootcamp. Not only are the training sessions fun and a challenge, whatever your fitness level, but you will notice strength and flexibility gains, an improvement in your cardiovascular endurance, coordination and self confidence, and a reduction in stress levels.
Live Active also aims to add variety to your weekly fitness regimes whether you come for personal training, small group sessions (as can be created by you), or a Live Active open group class. You never know what exercise is coming next as Rom likes to keep it interesting!
