Registered Fitness Professional
From starting out in little athletics, cross country, tennis and rock climbing to becoming a figure ice skater and competing nationally, being a bit of an all-rounder and loving exercise continued to flourish and creep into all aspects of my life.
Once I got into an office bound marketing full time job in 2003, I was not completely satisfied with that being my only career focus. My passion for exercise, and training properly and applying correct technique to achieve the best results and fast quickly helped me make the decision to become a personal trainer.
Ultimately I wanted to share what I learned with others, help people train more effectively and efficiently, build from and repair people’s weaknesses, and reduce the injuries associated with exercise in the general population by offering a fun, tailored service focusing on their particular needs and desires.
